Jamie Oliver wants to change the world by teaching people to make healthier food.

His newest book, Everyday Super Food, is all about food that's homemade, balanced, and nutritious. "There's a lot of stuff on the Internet that's 'healthy'," Oliver tells BuzzFeed. "And it's something like taking out 350 grams of butter and replacing it with 350 grams of coconut oil. People think that's healthy but it's like, 'Well, that's still a lot of saturated fat, guys.'"

In Everyday Super Food, breakfasts have under 400 calories; lunches and dinners have under 600 calories. Every recipe is a balance of carbs, fat, and protein, and they're all nutritionist-approved.

To be clear, the message isn't that you need to eat perfectly ALL THE TIME: "I try to eat like this four days a week, maybe four and a half," Oliver says. "And then at the weekend, I'm like, 'Right, where's the whiskey? Where's the brisket?'"

"The idea is to take something that already has so much goodness (a smoothie) but isn't exactly balanced, add what's missing, and all of a sudden it's a perfect breakfast," Oliver says.
