He made the revelation during the latest episode of KUWTK, in which he sat down for an emotional conversation with Kourtney, Khloé, Kim, and Kris Jenner.
Unless you've been living under a rock for the past few months, you'll know that Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick split up in June last year.
At the time, rumours about his infidelity and drug and alcohol abuse spread like wildfire as potential causes of the breakup. However, neither Kourtney nor Scott commented on the rumours.
And while Season 10 of Keeping Up with the Kardashians concluded with Kourtney deciding to end it with Scott, Season 11 has offered little insight into exactly what went on, or where the pair stand now.
